Frequently Asked Questions

Q:Do you take insurance?

A: No, I operate on a private pay basis and do not accept insurance, as insurance often imposes strict limitations on the scope of services.I can provide you with a superbill that can provided to insurance provider for potential reimbursement but it is not guaranteed.

Q:Do you require a diagnosis?

A: No, I do not require a diagnosis. This is one of the reasons I prefer the private pay model — it allows me to support families facing a variety of challenges, not just those related to Autism. Struggles can happen regardless of a formal diagnosis.

Q: Where are you located?

A: I am based in Colorado and offer in-person services in the greater Denver metro area, though this may change over time. For families outside of Colorado, I provide Telehealth services to ensure support no matter your location.

Q: Do you offer traditional ABA therapy?

A: Yes and no. My services are rooted in behavior analytic principles; however, I do not operate a center-based program or employ Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to implement therapy. Instead, I take a direct, parent-focused approach—empowering caregivers by providing coaching and guidance so they can become experts in supporting their child effectively.

Q: What ages do you work with?

A: I don’t have a strict age requirement. Instead, I focus on whether we can collaborate effectively to support the child’s needs. I have experience working with children as young as 17 months, teenagers up to 18 years old, and all ages in between.

Q: What ages do you work with?

A: I support families with a variety of concerns, including but not limited to behavioral challenges, developmental delays, and navigating potential diagnoses. I also assist with transition difficulties, daily living skills (such as toilet training and hand washing), feeding concerns, routine struggles, and communication and social development. Every child is unique, and my approach is tailored to meet their individual needs.

Q: How much do you charge?

A: You can find a detailed outline of services and pricing here. I currently offer a sliding scale based on proof of income to ensure accessibility for families. Please feel free to reach out with any questions regarding pricing.
